With 27 solid years of experience, I have a wide knowledge of just about every genre of TV, from short punchy VT inserts done in hours to many weeks spent trawling through hundreds of hours of material. In recent years I have come to favour archive based documentaries, best evidenced by the fact that for 3 years running shows that I have edited have won the Focal award for best use of archive in an entertainment programme. I can also self-produce and write a good pithy voiceover and have written words that have been spoken by Stephen Fry, Zoe Wanamaker, Hugh Dennis and, erm, The Hairy Bikers!
